Program that lets you go to a Service & Repair Center and have your phone repaired
or replaced in about an hour
What it covers
Nextel phones that:
Are active and on an account in good standing (no past-due balance)
Power up but have a hardware or software defect
What it doesn't cover
Abuse or misuse, including cosmetic damage, and cracked or broken flips
Physical damage due to vandalism, fire, lightning, liquid and acts of nature
Installed mobile phones, base phones and Lingo model phones
Limited Edition phones, such as the Bloomingdales, Phat Farm, Bobby Jones and NASCAR®
models
How it works
Lets you take your phone to a Nextel Service & Repair Center.
Repairs or replaces phone with the same or comparable model. Replacement may be new
or refurbished.
Returns phone to you in about an hour. Some repairs may require additional processing
time.
Cost
$35 per phone per use, or included with the Nextel Service Plan.
